Im not sure what this is, but its certainly not made by japanese, nor meant for a japanese audience. ニガー is most certainly not a word that is even known in japan, and if anyone i japan started saying it, I would be among the first to tell them not too. this peice is ironic because it highlight more the audience's knowledge of japan than it does the japanese knowledge of african-americans.
